Purified water, organic molasses, Bifidobacterium: B.bifidum, B. breve, B.longum. Lactobacillus: L. acidophilus, L.delbrueckii, L. casei, L. reuterii, L. plantarum. Lactococcus lactis. Sacharomyces: S. boulardii, S. cerevisiae. Bacillus subtilis. Streptococcus thermophilus. All molasses are completely consumed by the microbes, leaving the final product sugar-free.
