in-use emulsion conditioner Metacare™ NEC-50 is an in-use emulsion conditioner which improves and maintains the stability and cleaning/wetting characteristics of Metalube water mix tube and wire drawing lubricants throughout their in-sump life. Use of Metacare™ NEC-50 is particularly beneficial in areas where hard water is prevalent. Continued use of hard water for emulsion make-up results in hard water salts creating insoluble soaps that deposit on machine surfaces. Regular additions of Metacare™ NEC-50 will reduce soap formation, improve the cleanliness of machine surfaces, capstans/drawing
