Shallots are also known as wild garlic. We marinate our shallots in tomatoes, pepper paste and a touch of olive oil to bring all the flavours together. Shallots have a soft onion taste that is pleasant and milder to eat and is perfect for salads, antipasti platter or eaten on their own as a side.
