Droëwors is a traditional South African dried sausage — much like biltong, but crafted in sausage form. We’ve named ours Beef Sticks , and some even call them beef pepperoni. The key difference? Our beef sticks are made using 100% natural ingredients — premium beef, naturally cured with sea salt , black pepper , roasted coriander seeds , garlic , cloves , and nutmeg . The result is a rich, aromatic flavour that many of our customers say “tastes like Christmas.” 🎄 Perfectly air-dried, high in protein, and made with care — these are authentic South African droëwors, reimagined.
