With the help of the John Muir Trust Botanists, we have used wild thyme, birch leaves and blaeberries hand-picked from the foothills of Schiehallion, one of Scotland's most-climbed munros, to create this superbly versatile limited edition gin. The result is a subtle combination of sweet, spicy, crisp and floral. Every purchase of this gin directly contributes to John Muir Trust helping to protect and repair wild places.
