Take a walk on the wild side of rye. Jaywalk Straight Rye, distilled in New York, is a combination of Horton Heirloom Rye and our original organic Field Race Rye, both grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York. A blend of spirits barrel-aged for six-, seven-, and eight-years, this 92-proof rye brims with New York attitude, ready to mix it up. Flavour beyond the generic ‘spice’ commonly associated with rye whiskey. Dark, caramelized, floral sugars. A range of tropical fruits, from candied pineapple and mango on the palate, and honeyed notes of ripe apricot on the nose.
