Dry cured ham, pork sausage meat with honey, brie and pear Honbrieper was the winning entry of a competition held by one of our longstanding stockists Fielders Farms Shop in Berkshire. Customers allowed their creative juices to flow and sent in a range off interesting recipe ideas. The combination of Honey, Brie and Pear was the winning combination for us and so we have the appropriately named Hon-brie-per .
