This glove pattern has been designed to match my Smola scarf pattern. Both are knitted using Moorgrass, Dewdrop, Egg Shell and Maroon, colours which are the colours of the gate and the paintwork of the tiny house, which I am trying to buy in Levenwick. Both the gloves and scarf are designed using traditional Shetland dice patterns and the colours of the are a nod to the colours of the gate and the paintwork at the little house in Levenwick, Shetland, mentioned above. You can make a Long fingerless pair of gloves, or you can make an easier shorter pair of mitts by starting at a different place
