My North Star Sweater has been designed to replace a much loved sweatshirt which is decades old and falling apart at the seams. After hearing me moaning again! - after searching fruitlessly for a new one, my husband said so why dont you knit one! so I did! Named for the North Star - on a clear evening we can see this and many others so clearly and I never cease to wonder at the vastness of the universe. It also happens to be the name of the cinema to which my now husband and I went on our first date! Designed to replicate the comfortable shape and fit of a sweatshirt, this sweater starts with
