Also known as Kastaniehue The idea for this hat emerged one day when I was collecting chestnuts by our large chestnut tree. There were a lot of spiked chestnut shells, which inspired me it turned into a hat with spikes on. The hat is worked on circular needles and finished in a crown with 4 peaks. The decorative spikes are made by wool tufts and the hat is felted in the washing machine. Size: premature: Head circumference 33 35cm. 0 - 3 months: Head circumference 36 38cm. 3 - 6 months: Head circumference 39 42cm. 6 - 12 months: Head circumference 43 45cm. 2 - 4 year: Head circumference 46 49cm
