The main ingredient is Seaweed, that we sustainably hand harvest from the beautifully clean waters that surround the Isle of Mull. Per jar there is approximately 30g of seaweed. The seaweed we use is kelp, that we carefully clean to remove any Crustacea there may be, and then add to the tomatoes, onions, garlic, white wine vinegar, sugar and spices and cook until the chutney comes to the corre
