This raw chocolate bar is as healthy as chocolate can get! The pure unpasteurised honey and raw uncooked tropical fruit give it a tangy and sweet taste, not to mention all the potassium, other minerals, vitamins and enzymes. No artificial junk ingredients like sweeteners, emulsifiers or bad oils go into our chocolate. Even the banana, mango and fig slices are naturally dried without using any preservatives or sugar. Honey – our main ingredient, is always raw and sourced from small independent British beekeepers based in Devon. Honey offers more health benefits if it hasn’t been heat processed,
