Valerian root for horses and dogs is used to help calm, strengthen and support the nervous system in horses, dogs and other animals, without drowsiness. We use it in our supplements to help calm anxiety, nervousness, fear and stress in horses, dogs and cats particularly when it is connected with competition, showing, previous bad treatment, fear of loud noises such as thunderstorms and fireworks, or the introduction of new training.
