The herb Eyebright - Euphrasia officinalis as it name suggests is a herb used extensively for helping support healthy eyes and any area in the head. We use Eyebright in our respiratory supplements where it is included for maintaining healthy clear sinuses and eyes. A lotion for bathing eyes can be made from the herb.
