A duo of red bourbon coffees from Shyira in the Nyabihu District of Rwanda - one anoxic washed and one fully washed. The fully washed coffee has notes of apricot, redcurrant and smooth caramel. The anoxic washed coffee has a subtly different flavour profile to its fully washed cousin, with notes of dried apricot, grapefruit and raspberry.
