Rich and earthy, this Ethiopian single origin has a full body with notes of dark cocoa, walnut and subtle red wine like tannins, finishing with a smooth bittersweet chocolate character. Grown in Ethiopia’s Kaffa and Illubabor regions, Djimma is a truly unique coffee with deep roots in the history of Ethiopian coffee. This forest-harvested coffee grows naturally beneath the shade of native trees, where the plants benefit from the region’s rich biodiversity and ideal growing conditions.
