One ball of Herd Wool knitting yarn in Shrimp. Light DK weight. Herd Wool is traceable 100% Bluefaced Leicester yarn from Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cumbria. Bluefaced Leicester breed sheep are the finest of the British breeds and are native to North West England. Our yarn is made from field to fibre within 150 miles. This yarn is dyed in Yorkshire using the plant extract Madder, and has been washed using only organic detergents and water. Yardage: 110m / 50g
