This design features my 1958 sketch of John Lennon, aged 17, during his Buddy Holly period. It's a nod to our shared roots in the world's greatest city! I drew him "from life", when we were students together at Liverpool College of Art. In this original artwork, I superimposed my sketch onto a hand-drawn skyline, featuring Liverpool’s famous Liver Building and the Anglican Cathedral by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. Helen says: "this is a traditional cosy cotton T-shirt, to wear alone or as a base layer in winter. It's my most affordable product, thicker than the premium T and suits everyone." • 100
