A proper two-piece locking utility knife spec’d to the requirements of the British Army. Made for us by Egginton Bros in Sheffield, the original suppliers to the MOD. We visited their workshop, brant fell in love with it and the rest is history. No mucking about, this thing is tough. The locking mechanism can withstand over 150 newtons (34lbs) of force. The back-locking sheepsfoot blade opens in a nice smooth motion until it halts with a satisfying click. Mmm. Of course, it wouldn’t be an army knife without some utility built in as standard.
