The Plastic Downspout attaches to the No.3 Brass or No.3 Plastic ferrule in place of a rose. It redirects water flow straight down, producing a single directed stream rather than a spray. The downspout is used when you need to place water accurately – into a pot, at the base of a plant, or under foliage where a spray would wet leaves unnecessarily. The narrower outlet adds some restriction relative to an open spout, producing more measured delivery. It does not create spray, increase pour height, or change water pressure.
