The Brass Oval Rose is an all-brass rose for outdoor watering cans fitted with a No.3 Brass ferrule. Body and face are both constructed from brass, making the rose corrosion resistant in wet conditions. The oval face produces a broader spray pattern than a round rose. At the same spray weight, the oval face has more holes than a round, delivering a higher flow rate across a wider area. The rose can be fitted face up or face down; on an oval rose the change in spray direction and coverage is significant and gives a noticeably different result in use.
