A complex, dark and full-bodied beer , our Victorian style Porter is brimming with roasted malts, reminiscent of date sugars and a restrained fruitiness . Brewed to Henry Harvey 's 1859 recipe we use p ale, crystal and black malt combined with a generous hop grist of Fuggles and Goldings, for a full finish and a creamy head.
