Please either reuse the packaging in which the parcel was originally sent, or use another tight-fitting bag. Please do not put within another box, as the rate is based on our normal package size. Please clearly mark the parcel “RETURN TO MANUFACTURER, NOMINAL VALUE 20 GBP”

We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else.
