The hook is designed with a spring loaded safety catch that once engaged will not come detached; this offers a better level of security than standard hooks. The length of the hook is 98mm and the diameter of the hook will allow it to fit on to a 14mm diameter bar. The wire hook is used extensively in the manufacture of cargo securing equipment and is manufactured by GTF® in its wholly owned factory in Noida, India (www.gtcfi.com).
