Our confectioners have taken inspiration from cosy autumn evenings and one of the great campfire treats: S’mores. We start with creamy salted caramel fudge, then add pieces of gluten-free biscuit, soft marshmallow and chunks of chocolate, before finishing everything with a generous chocolate drizzle and that delicious caramelised sweetness you get from a perfectly toasted S’more.
