Our olive bread has the best shelf life. The combination of olive oil and black olives keeps it moist for longer than any of our other bread. We use a mix of organic wheat white four and organic stoneground dark rye flour as well as a sprinkle of Herbes de Provence to keep up with the flavour of the olives. We offer 2 sizes: small large Ingredients: flour, water, black olives, olive oil, fresh yeast, herbes de Provence,salt. Allergens: gluten. Please note that we also manufacture walnut bread. We are very careful and clean all our work surfaces, utensils and accessories to avoid cross contamin
