This model kit is of a freelance tramway locomotive, based on similar machines build by Peckett Sons. The design is of a saddle tank locomotive, with rear coal bunker and cab, to the same style/profile as similar to machines built by this manufacturer in the early twentieth century. In this case, the locomotive features a short saddle and Salter safety valves. The model has the same profile and dimensions as our 'Prima' and 'Secunda' models and features tramway skirts to hide a Kato mechanism. This model has been updated from that shown in the photographs, and now includes an NEM coupling pock
