Forest Whisky 3 Year Old Single Malt is crafted from grain to glass in the Peak District by Forest Distillery. Made with Cheshire barley, wild yeast and pristine spring water, it was filled into Oloroso cask F34 on 18 July 2022. After three peaceful years resting in the cool cellars beneath the Cat and Fiddle, the whisky has developed a profile that marries forest-born freshness with the rounded depth of sherry oak. A maximum of 100 individual numbered bottles are available. Colour – Harvest straw, virgin olive oil. Nose – Sweet jam and marmalade, warm gingerbread, sweet wood. Palate – Marzipa
