We made these cakes so I could have a healthy slice of fruitcake when I needed an energy boost but it had to be wheat-free and for something I eat regularly, the other free-froms are important too. So this makes them suitable for many special diets and irrespective of dietary needs, they have quickly became another favourite with us and our customers.
