Hand enamelled Rue leaf shadow earrings with a graduated ink blue and white vitreous enamel on sterling silver. The leaf shadow detail can be seen under the transparent enamel contrasting with a solid silver silhouette of the Rue design. Each pair of earrings are handmade using the traditional art of vitreous enamelling. Thin layers of glass are fused at a high temperature on to the surface of the metal to create this unique piece.
