A white room, morning light. A white room full of morning light, windows open. A stick of incense burning unseen, its smoke thin and cool on the breeze before the sun reaches in. Sparkling bergamot lifts the first breath, bright and zesty, threaded with incense that feels more like light than smoke, cool and airy. Powdery iris and a touch of ambroxan glow underneath, and as the sun warms the room, the smoke turns plush and velvety, holding close on the skin.
