Our Steak and Ale Pie is baked in-house by our chefs and is made from only the finest ingredients selected by our master butchers. Beef shoulder steak is slow-cooked in locally brewed Silhill Brewery North Star Ale until tender. Once the steak is falling apart it is mixed with our rich and flavoursome gravy, also made fresh in-house.
