Our steak pie is handmade in-store from the finest cuts of beef, selected and diced by our master butchers. Our classic steak pie recipe has been developed by the Lyons family over many years. British beef steak, diced and slow cooked in our in-house chefs until the meat is lovely and tender. It is then mixed with our rich and flavoursome gravy before being added to the shortcrust pie base. Topped off with a puff pastry lid that has been rolled and rested with five book folds for a light and crispy finish.
