The same five microgreens as Big Shot, in a 30g pouch that lives in a cupboard. Made from the pulp left after pressing — the fibrous part of the plant, given its own ferment in a Blackthorn sea salt brine, then dried at 40°C and milled. Low enough to count as raw. Nothing worth eating should end up on the compost heap. 2–3g a serving, about a heaped half teaspoon. Ten to fifteen servings a pouch. Because the apple and ginger go through the press with the greens, it works sweet or savoury — as good over scrambled eggs or avocado toast as it is stirred into a smoothie, yoghurt or oats.
