Rum Worth Finding Our House Rum mastered by our distiller, Kevin, is twice distilled using our bespoke copper pot stills, we only collect the middle cut of the 2nd distillation for use in Mapmaker’s Rum. This is then blended with Caribbean rum , Loch Calder water and using Hanna’s expertise, spiced with local botanicals: lemon verbena , scurvy grass , sea kelp and Scottish sea salt . 40% Alc Vol. 700ml Tasting Notes Nose A touch of banana and vanilla, followed by light citrus and toffee notes. Palate A full-bodied burst of bright citrus, followed by salted caramel with a light peppery spice. F
