This elegant Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune is soft and refined, with ripe raspberry fruit, bright acidity and a touch of peppery spice framed by fine, chalky tannins. Domaine Georges Glantenay is a family-run estate, led by Sarah and Guillaume Glantenay, farming around eight hectares across Volnay, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Monthélie and Meursault. The wines are made with a focus on purity and balance: grapes are almost entirely destemmed, fermented with natural yeasts, and given a gentle cool maceration.
