Debt Collector is an American style corn whisky, inspired by deep south blues rock music and prohibition times. It is made with a mash of corn, barley and rye. It is fermented using a Kentucky Bourbon yeast and then matured in virgin American oak for 3 years and diluted to bottle at 50%. In the process of making our whisky we have bottled and released the spirit in stages as it ages, from the Unaged Moonshine (right before barreling) to the 1 year cask aged moonshine, to the 2 year cask aged moonshine and finally the whisky!
