Debt Collector 'Cask Aged' 2-Year Moonshine (50% ABV) is an American-style ‘young’ whisky, aged for two years in charred virgin American oak. Made and matured in London with a mash of mostly corn, plus barley and rye and distilled twice in our copper pot still. 'Debt Collector' is inspired by deep south blues rock music and prohibition times. In the process of making our whisky we have bottled and released the spirit in stages as it ages, from the Unaged Moonshine (right before barreling) to the 1 year cask aged moonshine and to this 2 year cask aged moonshine.
