We're excited to share our latest Globetrotter coffee from the renowned Kochere region of Ethiopia, grown by a network of smallholder farmers surrounding the Beloya Washing Station. For generations, these farmers have grown coffee using traditional knowledge passed down through their families, cultivating indigenous heirloom varieties that give this region its distinctive character. At Beloya, the cherries are carefully washed, fermented for up to 48 hours and slowly dried to produce a cup with exceptional clarity, complexity and sweetness.
