They are designed to give out the right wavelength to combat drug use in public toilets and anywhere drugs are being used. There are 24 high-powered deep blue LEDs on a 130mm by 130mm PCB board, the same size as a 16w-2d fluorescent lamp, which will fit into any 16w-2D fitting,
