Copeland Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is crafted entirely in-house, from bean to bottle. We partner with local roasters Wild Heart to source exceptional coffee, then brew our own cold brew right here in the Distillery before blending it with our Irish Vodka and cacao nibs. Each batch is finely filtered, bottled, and labelled with its own coffee origin - a small detail that reflects a bigger commitment to doing things properly.
