Carreg Las is our Ewe’s milk blue cheese. Similar in style to our Perl Las this soft blue has a creamy flavour, slightly saltier, a delicate texture and a clean taste. This is a very special cheese, made with fresh milk from Gareth and Nia Daniel's, single flock of sheep, based in Machynlleth. Sheep's milk has a different fat structure and higher levels of amino acid compared to that of cow's milk, making it is easier to digest.
