Our fresh (predominantly) lactic set cheese is drained and mixed with salt and garlic. This is then rolled in cracked black pepper and allowed to age. The result is a little ‘nugget’ of cheese, which can be grated much like a truffle or Parmesan to season. Sold with a bamboo cheese grater (as pictured) Price includes delivery to UK Mainland.
