Scotch Bonnet is the focus and the other ingredients work to compliment the amazing flavour of this chilli. You will get a good initial kick of heat but this subsides into fresh, sweet and fruity flavours. Gluten free, Dairy free and suitable for vegans. May contain traces of nuts .
