The perfect complement to Yau's sauces, our Chow Mein noodles are the same as those used in restaurants throughout the UK. They're made without eggs and so are suitable for vegans. The thick Chow Mein has a more resistant bite and satisfying chew. They cook easily and won't stick to your pan. Simply soak, drain and serve with your other stir-fried ingredients.
