A small three sided wagon based on a Welsh quarry wagon used to transport granite paving setts The Trefor breaker wagon model kit is based on two foot gauge wagons used by the Trefor Quarries (formerly “Trevor”) in the Lleyn Peninsula of North Wales to transport dressed granite paving setts from the cutting sheds on the quarry levels up on the mountain side, down a roped worked incline and then locomotive hauled to a coastal jetty for hand loading into ships.
