Marrying a combination of re-charred butts and barrels with first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels in the second Amontillado Sherry tun. This process allows us to champion the fruity, floral character of our distillery. A dram is more than just a taste—it’s a moment, an experience, and the first step in discovering something truly special. Each dram comes with a unique Dram Back offer, found on the tag, allowing you to redeem the cost of your dram against a full bottle purchase.
