SepFast Ultra 35Q is a strong anion exchange chromatography resin with good pressure and temperature tolerance. It is specially designed for high resolution purification of biological molecules where large-scale biomanufacturing at increased column pressure (up to 20 bar) and/or increased purification temperature become desirable. The base matrix is made of highly cross-linked 35 micro agarose beads with balanced pressure / flow property. It can cope with viscous feed loading at up to 20 bar column pressure. It is very stable to most of the chemical conditions experienced in the bioprocessing
