IDA SepFast and IDA SepFast HighRes are specifically designed and fabricated for low-cost purification of histidine-tagged proteins. The base matrix is made of heavily cross-linked agarose. Its high mechanical strength permits liquid passing through columns at decent flow rates. The ligand is of iminoacetic acid which is the first generation chelating ligand particularly good with copper ion charged. IDA SepFast is suitable for preparative scale to industrial scale packed column operations. The resin can be readily scaled up for mass purification of proteins at reduced cost. IDA SpFast HighRes
