A pair of green shutters stands open on a plastered dining room, the table laid with figs, limes and a blue jug of leaves. Beyond the doorway a terrace of terracotta pots catches full sun against a clear sky. Above a sideboard or at the end of a long table the scene extends the room outwards, which is exactly what a dining wall wants. It also lifts a windowless kitchen corner where the light never quite reaches. Two tall panels carry the doorway and the terrace between them, so the 2 piece wall art keeps the sense of looking through an opening. Hang them level with a narrow gap.
